Established in 2005, Red Lodge Rental Properties has grown from a vision into a viable business. With 20 quality vacation rental units and 37 long term units we provide value and stability in the ever-changing Red Lodge rental market.

Our vacation rentals provide a quality lodging experience for visitors who come to Red Lodge from across the United States and around the world. Units range from up scale golf course units, to in-town Victorians and cottages, to out of town units that include creek-side and mountain views. Superior amenities, diverse accommodations, and competitive rates supply a range of choices for the discriminating taste of travelers who are looking for a unique lodging experience. All vacation rentals carry a two night minimum and some units are also available for 30 to 90 days. In three short years we have established ourselves as the premier vacation rental company in Red Lodge. Our list of guests continues to grow, and we also have a growing number of return guests who say they absolutely refuse to stay with anyone but us!

Prudential Red Lodge Real Estate provides top notch bookkeeping programs for both of our rental divisions. New software and a part-time bookkeeper generate a monthly statement, local direct deposits and year-end tax info, just to name a few of the perks for our homeowners.

Our property manager, Cathy Anderson Magida, has lived in Red Lodge since 1994. Cathy has 35 years of experience in the service industry, with 23 years spent specifically in lodging and hospitality. Cathy is a ‘hands on’ property manager with excellent connections in Red Lodge and around the state of Montana. Cathy loves Red Lodge and welcomes you to visit our quaint mountain town and experience all it has to offer.
